What About Service & Support?

I like how someone is "on call" during nights and weekends. You guys also respond to e-mails pretty quickly and I like how you can log into the system to find the problem.

When I call with an issue it's usually because I just started at an event and I can't figure something out on the machine. They're always available, even with a 3 hour time difference.
